We inspect your items in person, recommend the sale format and timeline that will bring the best return, and put together a straightforward agreement covering commission, terms, and responsibilities.

Cataloging & Photography
Every item is inventoried and described as accurately as possible, including hours, serial numbers, and known issues, then photographed to a professional standard. Strong presentation is what drives stronger results.

Marketing
Your items are listed on HiBid or AuctionTime, depending on what you have to sell, and promoted through social media, our email list, direct outreach to active buyers, and paid advertising, always discussed with you in advance.

Sale Day
Bidders are registered ahead of time, and the sale runs online, either through a live-closing catalog auction or individual timed listings, giving your items exposure to buyers well beyond Southern Illinois.

Settlement
Once payment is collected and pickup is scheduled, you receive a clear settlement statement and your check on the agreed timeline.
